In this temp-to-hire Aerospace Painter role, you will work in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and precision matter. You will be responsible for preparing and coating aerospace components that meet strict industry standards. Aerospace Painter Duties:

• Surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, stripping, etc.
• Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings to specification
• Mask parts and lay out stencils per engineering drawings and process requirements
• Inspect finished surfaces for corrosion, coverage, and paint thickness to ensure quality standards are met

Schedule:

• Day Shift, Monday to Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30p.m.
• Swing Shift, Monday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Pay: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour

Aerospace Painter Requirements:

• At least two years of aerospace painting experience
• Basic computer proficiency
• High school diploma or GED
