A leading aerospace company is growing their Machine Operator team! They have multiple full-time, temporary-to-hire openings on their 1st, 2nd & Weekend 1st Shift teams. Pick the shift that works best for you!

In this role, you’ll operate machines to cut and prepare metal used to manufacture aerospace parts. You’ll also operate a forklift to help organize materials in their facility.

Machine Operator Job Duties:

  • Operate machines - including push‑button and saw equipment.
  • Set up, monitor, and adjust machines as needed.
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance and quality checks.
  • Follow written instructions to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Operate forklifts, cranes and other material‑handling equipment.

Pay: $23.25 - $24.25 per hour

  • 1st & Weekend 1st Shifts: $23.25
  • Swing Shift: $24.25

Available Schedules:

  • 1st Shift: 5X8: Monday – Friday, 4:00am - 12:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: 5X8: Monday – Friday, 12:15pm – 8:45pm
  • Weekend 1st Shift: 4X10: Friday - Monday, 4:00am – 2:30pm

Machine Operator Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of forklift operation experience
  • At least 6 months of machine operation experience
  • Comfortable lifting items weighing up to 40 lbs
