Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician to support warehouse and facility operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for assisting with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general facility upkeep to help ensure safe and efficient operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance and repair tasks throughout warehouse and office areas
• Assist with preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems
• Troubleshoot and complete minor repairs related to electrical, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, shelving, doors, docks, and other facility systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance and work areas
• Operate tools and maintenance equipment safely
• Support facility safety initiatives and follow all company safety procedures
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Coordinate with leadership and outside vendors as needed
• Assist with warehouse operational support and special projects when required
• Maintain maintenance records, supply inventory, and repair documentation

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, handyman, warehouse, or related experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and troubleshooting
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Forklift or lift equipment experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or industrial setting
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Distribution or warehouse maintenance experience
• Preventative maintenance experience
• Familiarity with safety procedures and warehouse operations

Pay: $25- $35 DOE

Schedule: Rotating
