Loader (Stand up Forklift Operator)

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:

As a Loader at our Remington, IN facility, you'll play a vital role in daily warehouse operations, including loading trucks, picking and verifying orders, receiving inbound products, and maintaining safety standards. This is an active role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and strong communication skills.

Job Duties:

• Load and unload trucks and verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments
• Use RF scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks to move inventory
• Perform warehouse functions such as order picking, checking, and replenishing stock
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility in compliance with company and customer policies
• Participate in safety, compliance, and inventory control activities

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Experience or Skill Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous forklift experience required
• Basic computer and RF scanner proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and switch tasks with minimal notice
• Strong visual, auditory, and multitasking skills
