A well-known manufacturer of precision metal components is hiring Manufacturing Associates for its day shift. You’ll receive training to operate automated equipment, inspect finished parts and learn different areas of production.

This is a great fit if you’re dependable, like hands-on work and want a temp-to-hire opportunity where you can learn new skills.

With a rotating schedule, you’ll have 3 to 4 days off each week.

We also offer weekly on-site tours so you can see the workplace and get a feel for the job before you start.

Manufacturing Associate duties:

• Learn to operate automated molding machines

• Monitor machines and keep production moving

• Inspect precision metal parts for quality

• Stage completed parts for the next step in production

• Work with multiple machines throughout the shift

• Follow safety procedures and work instructions

Manufacturing Associate Requirements:

• No previous manufacturing experience required

• Able to work the full 12-hour rotating schedule

• Able to remain on your feet throughout the shift
