Do you have recent experience verifying products, researching inventory discrepancies, and comparing physical items against orders in a warehouse system?

We are hiring an experienced Order Verification Associate to support an aerospace distribution operation. This is not an entry-level picking or packing position. Candidates must have at least one year of recent experience in inventory control, order verification, quality inspection, cycle counting, or a similar accuracy-focused warehouse role.

You will verify products picked by the warehouse team before shipment. This includes physically examining products and comparing part numbers, quantities, dimensions, labels, and specifications against customer orders in the warehouse management system. You will also learn to interpret basic blueprints and product drawings.

Schedules:

Employees work three 12-hour shifts and one additional 4-hour shift each week, totaling 40 hours.

Day Shifts:

• Monday–Wednesday | 6:30 AM–7:00 PM, plus one 4-hour shift
• Thursday–Saturday | 6:30 AM–7:00 PM, plus one 4-hour shift

Night Shifts:

• Sunday–Tuesday | 6:30 PM–7:00 AM, plus one 4-hour shift
• Wednesday–Friday | 6:30 PM–7:00 AM, plus one 4-hour shift

Pay: $20.75–$21.75 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Compare physical products against customer orders and warehouse-system records
• Verify part numbers, SKUs, quantities, dimensions, labels, and product specifications
• Identify, research, and document incorrect products, quantities, or system information
• Place discrepancies on hold and communicate findings to the appropriate department
• Maintain detailed and accurate verification records in the warehouse system
• Learn to read basic blueprints, drawings, and product specifications
• Follow written procedures and meet accuracy requirements in an aerospace environment
• Cross-train in inventory control and other warehouse functions as needed

Required Experience:

• At least one year of recent inventory control, order verification, quality inspection, cycle counting, or warehouse auditing experience
• Hands-on experience comparing physical products against orders, pick tickets, packing lists, or system records
• Experience verifying part numbers, SKUs, labels, quantities, or product specifications
• Experience researching and documenting inventory or order discrepancies
• Comfortable using warehouse management systems, inventory software, and computers
• Ability to read detailed written instructions and enter information accurately
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to stop and report an incorrect order

Important: General picking, packing, loading, unloading, material handling, or shipping experience by itself does not meet the experience requirements for this position.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Regularly bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull
• Wear steel-toe footwear
• Work overtime when required
