What You’ll Do

• Assist with setting up and operating CNC screw machines according to company procedures and safety standards.
• Load and unload materials and parts from machinery.
• Monitor machine operation and production processes.
• Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and making minor adjustments.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers and micrometers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Accurately record production information and report any quality or machine issues to the supervisor.
• Follow production schedules, quality requirements, and all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Previous CNC machining or machine operating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience using calipers and micrometers for measurements.
• Good understanding of machining and manufacturing processes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
