Schedule: Monday to Thursday 5:00am -3:30pm Pay: $24.64 per hour
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct routine quality audits of manufacturing processes, work areas, and finished products.
• Verify products and processes against engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Inspect components and finished products for defects, dimensional accuracy, workmanship, and functionality.
• Review quality records, inspection results, production documentation, and other applicable records.
• Identify, document, and communicate nonconformances.
• Work with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to investigate quality issues.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities.
• Follow up on corrective actions to verify that they were implemented and are effective.
• Identify recurring problems and opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain accurate and timely audit and inspection records.
• Assist with internal and supplier-related quality audits as needed.
• Help ensure suppliers and manufacturing processes meet Antunes quality expectations. Antunes specifically emphasizes supplier commitments around quality, continuous improvement, cost, delivery, and service. Antunes
• Support compliance with applicable quality standards and customer requirements.
• Escalate significant quality concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Office Microsoft knowledge
• QAD System experience
• Skilled using measuring instruments (Calipers, Micrometers, Torque Guns, Multimeter)
